    The staff on your coffee outlet were really attentive and pleasant.

    I had booked a hire van as an incorrect height and although I wasn’t able to sail on my original booking another booking was made without any fuss and I was able to travel an hour and a half later, staff were really helpful.

    Red Falcon, Red Osprey are both well run by the crew. Unlike the Red Eagle where i wasnt impressed,some of the deck crew where less than help full.

    If you need “wheelchair assistance” forget it! Booked seats in Signature Lounge - lift to that floor not working which meant was in general decks.
