    Check in was fine, cooked breakfast was very good three years ago now it is slow, the sausage has dropped considerably in quality; poor meat to cereal proportions. Don’t serve scrambled eggs they are reconstituted , dry and tasteless- plum tomatoes would be a better choice. Shame to see an end to...

    This was not a good day,we were in the first lane waiting for the ferry which arrived on time.however we only started to board at 10.27 the ferry should have left at 10.30 also we were put in a position that meant we were last of the ferry.not a good day and with no explanation not happy

    Reliable and regular with no fuss. On many transfers this past year, I have only one complaint :-
    One dog owner allowed both her dogs to continually bark (high pitched and loud) for the full 60 minute crossing. It would have been appropriate for a member of staff to ask that the dogs be removed...

    This was a very pleasant experience from the moment of booking to arriving back at Southampton. I had occasion to change the time of my return booking and I was so pleased to be able to talk to someone on the telephone who was very efficient and who spoke English that I could understand. Great!

    Very good service. Travelled with Red Funnel many times and it’s always been a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble. Even when a family member travelling to the island for some important paperwork, they kindly popped it on to the next Red Jet, for her to collect the other end. Great service !

    Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady on board not only directed us to the pet area but escorted us to ensure we didn't get lost. The lounge itself was comfortable and clean with plenty of fresh water and free treats for dogs. There was also a well stocked refreshment...

    Ships are clean & comfortable. Staff ALWAYS are courteous & helpful. The only down-side is the cost of car & driver, particularly when able to travel at off-peak times on half empty ferries

    Great service! The whole experience was slick and easy. Even though I requested my booking to be changed when I turned up this was done in seconds with no fuss at all. I would defiantly recommend and will be using again.

    Staff were helpful at check in. We arrived early for our return and there was no problem getting us on to the earlier ferry.

    Fantastic services Bruce is no1 more deals for iow residents & commuting workers please boats look good, don’t need bridges or tunnels always a pleasure riding high on the Solent

    Mostly good. Had to change my return leg of the journey and even though it was to a cheaper sailing I still had to pay more.
