    I have a blue badge due to my mobility difficulties. Why is the back of the boat is classed as ‘close to the lift’? Why is everyone stuck in lane 1 when lane 2 would be closer? It’s even more galling when when the boat is only half full! Did an able bodied person make this decision?

    Always on time and the staff were so friendly - even got a salute when we were driving on the ferry on the way to Cowes - great fun

    I booked it the night before on my phone which I found quite easy.. I arrived an hour early and the staff.were brilliant and booked me on an earlier ferry. I found the staff friendly and helpful and made my trip very enjoyable.

    Ferry was late. Guess it happens sometimes but no apologies or explanation.

    Smoking should be banned on ferries. It is banned on all other forms of public transport so why not the ferries. Considering it's a work place for the crew and smoking is banned in work places I was surprised to see...

    Went off to the mainland to catch up with family. Usual great service, even though the boat was full.
    Would be good if you could have soya/almond/other dairy free milk on dispenser too.

    All very easy and customer friendly. Excellent use of technology re bookings and re arrival at check-in. Very comfortable on board with worthwhile upgrade to Signature Lounge. Again, excellent staff and appropriate uses of technology.

    On sailing to the Isle of Wight and back I was early for my booked sailing time. On both occasions I got the earlier sailing without any hassle or trouble. Would definitely use the service again.
